About Us
Owners Wendy Zastrow & Jordin Aschbrenner, Mother & Daughter, were born and raised around horses. Wendy bought her first pony when she was just a little girl and the love has never ended for the ponies! Wendy has always surrounded herself with something that has spots and when she had Jordin that love of horses and spots didn't stop. Always owning Appaloosas we purchased our very first POA in 2013 which happened to be just a little solid red mare but we fell head over heels for the breed because of her! We were lucky enough to cross paths with Clayhill Lazy Loper "Clay", a bay fewspot stallion, in 2016 when looking for a stud to breed to our little red mare and now stand Clay to the public along with breeding our own broodmares and raising POA foals for purchase. We have grown our herd a lot through out the years by some ponies falling into our lap and others by carefully picking exactly what we want for our program and others by breeding to an outside stallions which is how we ended up with our Jr stallion, HGF Dunsmoke N Dynamite "Frankie". We love both our boys and how they are perfect in their own ways for the mares we choose for them.
